JAMES SAVAGE & CHRISTIAN HUNTER

Does anyone know when and where did James & Christian (HUNTER) SAVAGE of Woolwich, Maine (then Massachusetts) come to America? He is listed as being of Small Point in 1723 when he was warned out in Boston with his wife and five children. He was a tenant on a farm in Phippsburg between 1728 and 1733. Shortly afterwards, he received three hundred acres of land along the Nequasset Creek with Thomas Stinson which was then part of Northern Georgetown. He was killed and scalped by Indians before 1748. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
