I agree with your assessment but I have not been able to find Martha or TD anywhere in 1880. I have checked all the census records for their children & any other relatives I could find. There are Savages & Fletchers buried in Taylor County at Abilene Municipal Cemetery and Elmwood Cemetery.

TD & Martha's son James Hampton Savage and some of his family are buried in Oakwood Cemetery Annex in Austin, Travis County, TX.

Sampson Alexander & George Annie Webb Morrow are my great-grandparents. My most prized possession is a needlework sampler made by George Annie's mother, Sarah Margaret Hocker, when she was 10 years old (1840.)
