If you are correct about the time period that Georgia Annie Webb visited them in the 1880s, then Martha, at least, should appear in the 1880 census. If Thomas D. Savage had died, then she was probably with a child, or maybe even a grandchild.
Is there a cemetery where the Savages were inclined to bury their dead in either one of the counties? Most likely, someone in the family wanted to buried close to them.
Regarding the children of Micajah Webb and Harriet Benson Webb.
In a very old list compiled by a relative named Dorothy Webb Wilcox, there is:
1. Martha C. Webb, born in South Carolina , married Thomas D. Savage on Feb. 15, 1842 . (When the family was in Alabama. ).
2. Robert Berry Webb, born Feb. 25, 1822 at Anderson, S.C. Married Matilda Ann Boyd in Attala County on March 11, 1852. Died Feb. 10, 1900, at Kosciusko, Miss.
3. Warren Elijah Webb, born in S.C., married Sarah M. Hocker on Aug. 21, 1851. Died in Kentucky.
4. Joseph Newton Webb, born in S.C. Died in 1849 at the age of 22.
5. Osborn Webb, born in Ala. Died young.
6. Micajah Benson Webb, born in Ala. , died at the age of 12.
7. Nancy E. Webb, born in S.C. Married Joseph H. Myatt on June 10, 1846. Died in Mississippi.
8. Emily C. Webb, born in S.C. Married John S. Sharp. Died in Florida.
9. John B. Webb, born in S.C. Married Sarah Croft on Sept. 15, 1853. Died in Arkansas.
10. Evalin Webb, born in Ala. Died an infant.
