No connection as yet. I'm collecting McCalmont (and various spellings) data to eventually connect the various Ireland/Scotland families. I currently have about 500 McCalmont BMD's of which about 100 have documentation, mostly from Islandmagee but several from Belfast.
Are the marriage witnesses known family members? I don't have a cert for the Savage/McCalmont marriage just the info I picked up from Emerald Ancestors. If you have such a cert I'd appreciate a copy.
If you need any other McCalmont info & have at least a name or date I'll check my records.
I'll advise you when/if I come across any more data of interest to you.
