We have created a new DNA project: The Ards Peninsula Families DNA Project:

Due to the potential size of this project, we actually have two websites. The 2nd website can be accessed from the "News" tab on our main website.
The Ards Peninsula lies in the eastern portion of County Down in Northern Ireland.
There are historical records for Savage families who lived on the Ards Peninsula, and so we have listed Savage as one of the surnames eligible to join our Ards Project.
The Ards project is a geographical project, and so there is no charge to join, if you have already tested and joined a Savage surname project at FTDNA. If you have not, you may join and order a test kit from our web page, and receive our substantial group discount.
