Louis Sauvé & wife? (Qc/1730)

I am looking for some info to clarify my line of Sauvé. I have two sons of Pierre Sauvé dit Laplante & Marie-Renée Michau/Michel :
1) François-Marie Sauvé, married to Elisabeth Madeleine;
2) Louis Sauvé, married to Elisabeth Madeleine-Ladouceur ???

Is this right ? It looks like the two brothers married the same lady ??? Or is it that there is really two different ladies, having very similar names ?

Later in the same line, I also have two others Sauvé with wifes having again similar names :
1) Eustache Sauvé (son of Louis & Elisabeth Madeleine-Ladouceur), married to Marguerite Séguin-Ladéroute (parents?);
2) Joseph Sauvé (son of Antoine Sauvé & Amable-Josephte Ranger), married to Marguerite Séguin (parents ?).

Any one can help me to clarify all this ???

Thank you very much

Lucie St-Michel
