Steve ,
You are right Tupper lake is not that big . All I know about my grandparents is : Emma Sauve M. Josaphat Gauthier .They had two adopted daughters , Edna b.1907 and Rita , (my mother ) b.1917 .Emma d. 1n 1953 and is buried in Tupper Lake . My mothers birth name was Jean Parker her father was Paul and her mother was Jean Richer Parker . They were also from Tupper Lake . My aunt Edna lived in Tupper Lake all her life and died in 74-75 . I do have a list of Emma's siblings names that I will have to look up and forward to you . I do know that Josaphat and Emma were first cousins . Their mothers were sisters. The story goes , that is why they never had their own children . I'll pass on all info I can find. Thanks for the reply and I would welcome any info you have .
Bruce
