Thank you for the info,
John Samuel Rodgers is my family, Ina Jane and John
was the father and mother of my Grandfather, Clifton Rodgers.
Actually Ina Jane inherited the farm that her and John Rodgers lived on. I believe I heard them say that it was aroud 400 acres or more, but she died first and when he died he left no will,the farm was sold and $ divided.
My Grandaddy Clifton purchased a farm about a mile away and he son still lives there. (abut 4 mile from Lake City)
The house that John Samuel and Ina Jane lived in is still there, Its a club house now.
I keep driving my mama by it.
John Samuel and Ina Jane is buried out in the woods there on that farm.
My uncle keeps up the little grave yard.
