Thanks for your response. I too have Goldie's books but haven't really begun to dig into them deeply (so much information!) so I haven't connected Elizabeth de Bedingfield back yet. My information comes mostly from Family Search, which can be inaccurate sometimes. I have also found many different lines that go into the various lines of royalty. Henry Satterlee (Gideon's great great-grandson) married Harriet S. Forbes whose line I traced to William the Conqueror and she also can be traced to Charlemagne, who can be traced to basically any of the royal dynasties. Interestingly, according to Ancestral File he can be directly traced through the Bible all the way to Adam. I recently had to type that line up for a curious family member and can post it here if anyone is interested, but again it's bound to have some inaccuracies. And a side note, as Ruth Bentley had George Soule the pilgrim in her line, Harriet Forbes has Thomas Rogers, also on the Mayflower.
