William SATTERLY 1610 was the Vicar of Ide and father of a number of sons some of whom migrated to the USA. The son that I am interested in is Richard born 1647 who is said to have stayed in England and started a family. I am trying to establish if there is a connection between him and John SATTERLY born about 1716 and who in 1740 married Elizabeth ODAM at Ide. I have a direct connection to that family and would be very pleased to hear from anyone able to assist with some information.
I understand from reading messages in this forum that copies of Goldie's books are no longer Perhaps one of my many cousins with access to Goldie's Books might like to take a peek and see if there is something that is of assistance. Thanks
