To anyone searching for info on Charles Sargent (taken from newspaper clipping)
At his home near Castleton (Ontario, Canada), on Tuesday morning, June 13, Charles Sargent, and old and respected citizen passed to a better home at an advanced age. He was a native of Vermont, and an uncle of Mr. Charles Sargent, at present a member of the County Council. Deceased was well known, not only in the immediate neighborhood where he had resided for many years, but in the town of Cobourg (Ontario, Canada), where years ago he drove to do his business. His remains were interred on Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock.
(note....no year was given. I'm not researching this surname but had the info & wanted to post it in hopes that it might help someone)
