The parents of Martha J Sargent, born about 1884 in Menifee Co., Ky., were--William Baureguard Sargent and Ferby Ann Elizabeth Spencer. They were married on May 20, 1880, in Menifee Co., Ky.William's mother was Sallie/Sarah Sergent. She never married, and died in Wolfe Co., Ky. My grand father was James Henry Sargent, the brother of Martha. Jo Sargent Norris
