Kim, I recently have been researching the Italian side of my family and am not finished but couldn't help notice the names in your messages. I have names Comella (Salvatore,Ursula) Gentile(Bart,Martha),Sansone (Frank and Sam), Corso (August, Antonio,Anthony, Joe), and the name Catalone is prevalent in the area. Most were from Palermo, Messina or Lipari, came first to Brooklyn and moved to northern NY, Oswego, St. Lawrence or Madison counties. My Frank Sansone (b:1889) was married to Rose Cosentino(1884-1922). When she died young, he may have remarried. Their children were; John, Beatrice, Rose, andJosephine. I got these names from either a census, will, or obit. If these are your family, read some of my other messages and e-mail me.
Bob
