Sangster/Wicks marriage

Hi, Could anyone give me any more information on the Sangster family that were connected to the BSA motorcycle company in Birmingham, England in the late 1800's early 1900's. Family stories tell that one of my Great Grandmother sisters, surname Wicks was a maid to this family; she fell in love with one of the Sangster sons and against all the class restrictions of the day, they married. However this was at the cost of the Wicks maid severing all connections with her porrer family. When my Great Grandmother knew she was dying, she took my Grandmother from Greenwich in Kent to visit this sister to see if she would help the family when she died. She was turned away at the door with the message that "Mrs Sangster was not at home." When my Great Grandmother died, all of her children were taken into care as their father had died 4 years earler. Can anyone help with any information at all as I cannot seem to find anything about this branch of the family?
