Greetings from the Sangster family in Jamaica.
My great Grand father was JOHN D SANGSTER . He had four sons namely as follows:
Peter W Sangster - Father of Dr Alfred Sangster Past
Principal of the College of Science and technology MONA
John C Sangster - Father Of John C Sangster (Farmer and Politician of St Elizabeth) and Ferdie Sangster founder of Sangsters Book Store. Grand sons Derreck Sangster and Kingsley Sangster (Both Former members of Parliament)
Charles Sangster - Father of Astil Sangster (Former member Of Parliament and
William Sangster - Father of the late Sir Donald B Sangster a past Prime Minister Of Jamaica
Almost all of the Sangsters in Jamaica are decendants of
JOHN D SANGSTER and his four sons above.
Please let me know which of those sons are your GRAND Father
