M. Sanders, Wheeler Co, TX Sheriff Early 1900's

I am looking for any info on M. Sanders, who was Sheriff of Wheeler Co., TX from 1905 - 1912. It was told that he was friends and a saddlemate with Zack Miller of Texas (Sheriff of Roger Mills Co., OK 1897-1899). Would love to hear ANYTHING about this person.
