Relatives?

My grandmother was named Sanna Sofia Sandell. She was born in 1882 in Mansala, Finland. Her family church is in Nykarleby. She came to the U.S. in 1910 and eventually married Axel Georg Karlsson who was born in Linkoping, Sweden. They lived in Chicago, had two children, and eventually moved to Skagit County, Washington.
We probably aren't related, but it's possible, since some of her family stayed behind.I'm still not clear whether she was actually a Swede from Finland, but she definitely spoke more than one language. Her parents were Johan Sandell and Sana Knudson.I have a more detailed genealogy of her family, but it's considered somewhat questionable and is difficult to verify from the United States.
