I doubt very much that Millard was an indian as their ancestry goes back to the original imigrants according to the book "Sanborns in England and Ameica.
Found the following on Ancestry.com.
Caratunk Cemetery - Route 201
April 5, 1917, wife of Millard F. Saborn, Ae 55 yrs 5 ds 59 Sanborn, Millard F, Dec., 7, 1891, ae 40 yrs 7 ms 23 ds.
Also his fathers name was Rufus 1784 - 1859 and his mother was Sarah Cram 1787 - 1859 with 8 siblings.
Also listed in he 1880 census (wifes name spelled Almy) with Laura born 1878. Her father wwas living with them, Oliver Young, 61 years old, Also Lottie Arno 17 years old.
1900 census Alma was listed as the wife of Warren Spofford, married in 1894.
