George W Samuel of Caroline served with the 55th Virginia Reg. Essex Sharpshooters during the civil war (1861-1864) I'm trying to find his father. The original Henry (b1699) had two sons named John (b1740) and Robert. John had a son named Achilles (b1790) There seems to be a gap and then Temple shows up. Can anyone help me fill the gap between Achilles (b1790) and Temple? I am also trying to find Robert's (brother of John)sons.
