In a note from the book entitled THE TODDS
OF CAROLINE COUNTY by Ann Todd Rubey (1960)
referring to page 338, I have the quote:

"Nancy Boulware, daughter of Mark Boulware
II was married to Henry Samuel. They had
five children, three of whom were Andrew,
Henry, and Nancy. Henry (Jr.) married
Mrs. McCon and had Thomas, Sallie, and
Jackson. Nancy married Mr. Pitts."

Other sources indicate that this Henry who
married Boulware in 1797 was the son of
Thomas Samuell and Ann Brooking and hence
the brother of the Andrew you mentioned.
The note above indicates that this Henry and
Nancy had a son Henry (Jr.) probably born
about 1802 (based on his parents marriage
year of 1797) who married a McCon and had at
least the above named three children: Thomas,
Sallie, and Jackson.

Could this be the Henry you are looking for?

What other information do you have on your
Henry other than his Central Point birth
