HELP!! I'm searching for Ancestors beyond John and Martha Loyd Sampson of Bledsoe Co. TN. John was born between 1825-0828 and died before 1900 census. Martha was born between 1830-0835 and died after 1910 in Rhea Co. TN, she is burried in Bledsoe Co. TN. (my great great grandparents)
There childred are:
Deliah/Mary A. Mg Frank Smith
Emaline mg. Sam or John Swafford
*Martha "Mattie" mg William Allen Thurman * (my great grandparents)
James F. mg 1st unknown Garrison, 2ed "Effie" May Lewis
Samual mg Sarah Adaline last name unknown.
There was a Thomas Loyd in the househiold with John and Martha in 1860. They were with William and Susan Sampson in Bledsoe Co. TN in 1850:
411 - 411 (one household)
William SAMPSON 22 TN
Susan 23 TN
Martha E 7 AL
Sarah J. or I. 4 TN
James F. 2 TN
*John SAMPSON 22 TN
*Martha 19 TN
James HARPER 18 TN
John and or Martha were listed on the 1860 through 1910 census of Bledsoe Co. TN. in their own household. I didn't find Wm or his family again. I have been unable to find these families on their respective family forum's.
I would gratly appreciate any help.
