I am trying to determine where in Pennsylvania William Sample's Company was formed, so I might discover where my ancestor was from.

Muster roll taken at Buffalo, NY. Commencement of service September 6, 1812 to December 18, 1812. Company pay roll for Phillip Carrel $7.33 for 1 month and 6 days of service.
