I ran across this excerpt with source: Virginia Wills, page 299, Richmond Co., Virginia. This sounds like a book, the notation didn't give publishers info.
James Samford will dated 27 Sep 1703 will probated 2 Nov 1704, mentions grandson Thomas Samford, James and the rest of the children of my son Samuel. Samuel's wife Elizabeth. grandsons: William, Giles, and John Samford, Legacy to Samford Jones. Witnessed by Giles Webb
