I was born Francine Saltzman at Mt. Sinai Hospital in NYC on March 5, 1965. I was adopted from the Louise Wise Agency in NY at 5 months old. I was told the mother came from a Polish background. I was given up for adoption when she was approximately 17 years old. If anyone has any information regarding my birth mother or any relatives, please e-mail me at nybtrfly1@aol.com.
