Thank you for the prompt reply, Gussie. Isabella (salmons@kerrlake.com) informed me that there is an annual Salmons reunion at Concord Church (Lawrence County 8 mile up the Tug from Louisa, KY) the 4th Sunday of each June. There is also a dinner on the ground meeting at Copley Cemetery at Webb Church (Wayne County, WV) the 1st Sunday of each September, which is attended by a lot of the Salmons/Sammons clans.
Izzy also emailed a photo of Joel & Anna and their family tree. She did not know where they are buried. Do you?
And, I was wondering whether or not you have a lead on anyone having a photo of Franklin Pierce (Pierce) Salmons and his wife Sarah Margaret Chaffin Salmons. As you know, Pierce was one of Rowland II and Nancy Cox' children. I understand that Pierce is buried adjacent to Concord Church, and I am wondering where Sarah Margaret's grave is located. She lived her final years with her daughter and son-in-law, Nancy Jane & Joe Vinson at Nolan, Mingo County, WV.
