The only thing I don't understand is why they can't find a deed for this said land..?? I have looked in the courthouse in every record there is..Nothing..I think his father gave it to him, but i have no proof of that just that he lived on the same land..there should be a deed if you can sell it..I will ask about what you said..see if this helps any..
