Has anyone heard of this "Salinas Manifesto", posted all over Brownsville, between 1848--1854? The poster, a Salinas, was latered murdered by hired henchmen, employed by Stillman. It was regarding the US Army's taking of his Mexican land grant (The Santa Gertrudis) for the building of old Ft. Brown in Brownsville. I thank you all. I remain,
