I think I remember the Place you mentioned''Cafe Del Sur''. Where was it located in Pharr. I checked the telephone Directory and there is no Eliseo Salinas listed. You are related to them, then there must be Salinas blood in your family. My grandmother was a Salinas also and they came from Los Herreras, Nuevo Leon Mexico. Maybe we are related????
