Looking for decendents of Joseph Sales/Salenski,Salensky

I am looking for decdents of Joseph Sales 1864 Germany d.1941 in PA. Could have changed name at some point from Salenski or Salensky. He also had a son Joseph Sales born 1892 PA and removed with wife to MA then lived with daughter in AZ died in 1972.
Any help would be appreciated.
