Dan,
I am a descendant of the Sale family that came to Virginia in the 1600s. I still live in that area. There are lots of Sale descendants around here.
I keep mementos of the Sales and related families. We also have local museusms and libraries where some of the mementos are kept.
If you are still holding onto the Sale mementos and want to send them to a good home, I will take them for my genealogy files. Maybe, some of the items can go into local museums or libraries in the area of Essex Co. and Caroline Co., VA.
