I haven't found any link between Spilsby Sale and Coleman's. The name likely originates from the town of Spilsby, in Lincolnshire, England. As far as the Cooke family is concerned, John Cooke married Mary Sale in 1733 and they both died later that same year of a desease outbreak, probably influenza. Agnes Andrews married John Sale, son of Cornelius Sale. I have not seen any relationships to the Butler family. Cornelius Sale, Jr. married Martha Jones and had no children or they did not survive to adulthood. If you have moe specific questions about these families, let me know.
