An update to the previous post. Ann Fisher did not marry Timothy Goode as I first thought. She married John Goode, probably brother to Timothy. I believe they were sons of Richard Goode of Essex County. Richard's will lists a Timothy Goode and a John Goode as sons.

Ruth Sale, John Goode and Ann (Fisher) his wife on 11 May 1764 sold forty-five acres of land in South Farnham Parish, Essex County Virginia to William Fletcher for 18 pounds, 15 shillings. Ths land had previously belonged to Benjamin Fisher who inherited it from his father.

William Fletcher apparently failed to pay for it in full because Ruth Sale sued William Fletcher in 1765.
