Hi, Barry --

I've just been rereading your SALE family posts and found this one for the first time. I was intrigued that the book "The Isle of Man" was listed among Cornelius SALE's books. Obviously there could be many reasons that he had this particular book -- do you think there is any possibility it might be because his SALE family had connections to the Isle of Man? Somewhere on the Internet, I had found a SALE lineage for which the researcher showed descent from Gov. William SAYLE of the Carolinas, through one of his sons (I don't remember now which one). I tried several times to contact the owner of the web site with no success. Do you have any thoughts on this one way or another? I would very much appreciate hearing them if you do. Thanks!
