Mary Ussher married Henry Cowley or Colley, of Castle Carbery in 1674. Their son, Richard Colley (b. est. 1690 d. January 31, 1758) took the surname "Wesley or Wellesley" on inheriting the property of his cousin, Garret Wesley. Richard was created Lord Mornington and he married (the Baroness of Mornington) Elizabeth SALE (b. est. 1692 d. June 17, 1738; daughter of the Registrar of Dublin, John SALE L.L.D., b. est. 1666) on December 23, 1719. Elizabeth SALE is one of the 49 (of 64) known great-great-great-great grandparents of the Queen Mother Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon (b. August 4, 1900). Elizabeth SALE-WELLESLEY's son Garret, Earl of Mornington (b. July 19, 1735 in Dublin, Ireland - d.
