(My ancestor was the 14th child of Lewis Sale and Charity Moss - Joseph Pleasant Sale.) My records also show that Lewis Sale was the son of Cornelius LeRoy Sale (born 1748) and Jane Dawson, who were married in Amherst County, Virginia in 1768.
