Does anyone have any information about a Barbarita Salazar from Starr County in TX. It would be the Rio Grande City area. She was born circa 1903 and may have died appx. 1925. She married Santos Silvas and had a son, Flavio, in 1925. We've been told that she died giving birth. We are unsure. We are also searching for information about Santos Silvas, who would be my great-grandfather, as Flavio is my grandfather. My gpa is now deceased but never spoke of his family. He was said to have been alone from the age of 7 or so. We assume his father passed on, but he may have been abandoned. From the Rio Grande area, Flavio ended up in Nueces county or Corpus Christi, TX area. Any info would be a great help! Thanks
