Do you know how the name Saker was pronounced? My husband's mother's maiden name was Skar, her parents immigrated to US in early 1900's from Lebanon(Beirut or Rashaya), and the family believes the name of Skar is not how it was probably written. More likely was changed as her father came through immigration. His first name was Abdullah but went by Albert.
If you know any info on this please contact me.
