James Sainsbury and Elizabeth Purkiss 1840

My gg grandparents, James Sainsbury and Elizabeth Purkiss appear in the 1841 census as servants in an inn in Lyndhurst, in the New Forest. They married in Romsey in 1842. James' father, also James is described as an innkeeper. James junior is now a postboy. Betsey's father, John is a labourer. The marriage is witnessed by Edmund Purkis and Eliza Purkis (brother and mother or possibly sister?) I have not found any other mention of the above in the 1841 census or any subsequent one apart from James and Betsey in 1841. Can anyone help? However I do have a good record of James' son William and his family if it is of interest to anyone.
