There was an article in our local paper "Batesville Daily Guard", August 13, 2001, about 'Antique Annie". This article says she was born in Evening Shade, Arkansas. This article says she had possibly as many as 15 husbands. She went to Chattanooga in 1904. It's a rather lengthy write-up, and said research is continuing.
