I'm posting this for a friend. Her family is from Jesse A. Safley b. 1836 married Sarah Ann Forest. Then William Wallace Safley b. 1867 d. 1942 Bell Co. TX married a Mattie Lee Unknown. She died in Warren Co. TN. William then moved to Texas married a Pinkie Caroline Mitchell.
William Wallace and Mattie Lee Unknown had 3 children:
Jesse Lee b. 1890 TX
Nettie Lee b. 4/4/1896 TX m. Unknown Stevens
Susie b. 3/3/1893 TX m Taylor Snider
William Wallace & Pinkie Safley had 4 sons.
Does anyone have any info on this side of the family in Texas? Wayne Safley and wife Juanda do not have computer, so I'll be relaying the information. They have one son and one daughter. The son lives here in TX and the daughter lives in WI.
