Kenneth, That's a hard one. She wasn't born for the 1880 census, and she was already married by the 1900 census. Do you (by any chance) have an obit or something that would identify her siblings. In 1900 Andrew is 35, Artie is 18 and they have a 10 month old daughter named Bessie. There are several Saffell families from Tennessee living in Lawrence County. I would guess that they lived in Reeds Creek since that is where Andrew lived.
