Dear Sir:
I was looking up my ancestor Sir Thomas West, Lord De La Warr. I found your entry that listed you as his 12th Great Grandson. You mentioned a book written by my Great Aunt Ann P. Woodard Fox. I have copies of several books and numerous articles written by her given to me by my Aunt Laura Fox Elder. My Grandmother was Lillia Maign Fox. Her father was Alexander Pope Fox Jr, Grandson of Edward Fox, 5 gerneration farther - The Honorable Henry Fox, husband of Ann West. I enjoyed reading the article written by Will Buckhurst and noting there are still decendants of Noble birth in England. I would like to know what happened to the West family in England as he only mentions his ancestor marrying the Lord De La Warr but not the name of West.Perhaps I will try to contact Lord buckhurst myself.
At any rate, I thought it would be nice to contact you as it would seem we must be related.
Sincerely,
Jan Davis
