Greetings!
Don't know if this is your family or not, but note the reference to Sackville Turnor as an adult capable of contracting as of 1580, at the link below. Note also that it was common practice at the time for a child [usually the eldest]to be given the mother's maiden name as a first name. Hence, it may be that John Turnor married a Sackville female,however that is mere speculation based upon common practice at this point.
