I finally thought to request my gr-gr-grandfather's death cert. from Syracuse & found his father & mother's names!
Henry C. Sackett born abt May 1844
d. June 7, 1906
married Helen "Nellie" Worden
Father: Watson Sackett birthplace listed as W.S. (don't know what W.S. could be? any ideas?)
Mother: Lydia Raymond birthplace listed as Conn.
This is a HUGE step over my "brick wall"
I'm excited but need to figure out how to find info. on them!!
