This is probably States Mead Sackett [Weygant #4849] son of Amos Meade Sackett and Sarah Elizabeth Mead. He was born 10 Apr 1840 and is listed as " of New York City and East Orange, N. J."

In the LDS transcription of the 1880 census; he is listed as Slates M. with his wife Harriet (Palmer) Sackett, in the household of his mother:
