SACKETT, REYNOLDS, LUMBARD, SPOLUM, TOOLEY, WAITE, MENK, SCHEIDECKER
Looking for info on any of the following:
SACKETT, Walter b. circa 1820, Ohio married REYNOLDS, Rebecca b. circa 1824, Vermont (censuses show different ages)
They married on Jul 8, 1843 in Kane County, IL.
Children:
SACKETT, Alphonso D. b. circa 1844 in Illinois. (1870 Census shows circa 1838, but believe that's wrong re: other censuses and parents' marriage date)
SACKETT, Eunice b. circa 1846 in Illinois.
SACKETT, Chauncey W. b. circa 1856 in Illinois.
Alphonso married on November 19, 1868 in DeKalb County, Illinois to LUMBARD, Bethia (Bertha) b. circa 1841 in Hamilton, Van Buren County, Michigan.
Eunice married on December 12, 1891 in Kendall County, Illinois to SPOLUM, Peter.
Chauncey married ?, showing as widowed in the 1910 Census for DeKalb County, Illinois, living as inmate on the poor farm.
Walter died between 1855-1860. Rebecca remarried to Lorenzo WAITE on November 28, 1866 in DeKalb County, IL.
Alphonso and Bethia had at least two sons:
Fred b. October 1869-1870 in IL m. Lizzie TOOLEY in 1892, dau. of George H. TOOLEY.
James Bentley b. June 1872 in IL m. Bessie MENK in 1898(she may have died very early in the marriage).
Alphonso and Bethia may have moved to Kansas briefly (between 1870 & 1880) and possibly died before 1880. I would love to know what happened to them.
Fred's daughter, Mabel married SCHEIDECKER, Theodore circa 1924.
