John is the son of Richard and Margery L. Sleade. He was b in 1697 in New Haven, Ct. Both he and Elizabeth died in New Haven. He was a physician and gentleman farmer. He was also administrator of his father's Will..John and Elizabeth had at least 8 children. Lois was b in March of 1748/49. She married Nathaniel Williams s/o Samuel and Deborah Troop Williams. Nathaniel was b April 20, 1742 and died Febuary 15, 1814 in Lebanon, New Londen, Ct. They had 8 children of whom I am aware:: Samuel b Oct 29 1771; John b Nov 1 1772; Nathaniel b Aug 3 1773; William b Dec 20 1774; George b Mar 18 1778; Henry b May 9 1782; Erastus b Sep 29 1784; and Lois b June 22, 1790.
