B'place of SACK b. 1856, GER & family??

I am researching the birthplace of Frederick Sack, b. Feb 26, 1856, in an unknown town in Germany. He emigrated to the US and married Ernestine Kotenbeutal. They had Arthur George Sack on August 3, 1884 (d. May 23, 1954). Frederick died and is buried in Gilett, WI, May 4, 1903. A daughter, Agnes, was born Oct. 1, 1887; she died in 1977 in Fargo, ND. Your help would be much appreciated in pinning down the birthplace of Frederick. Thank you very much.
