Sabol is one of the most common surnames in eastern Slovakia. Since most Slovak immigrants to America came from that same area, the surname is also common among Slovaks here. Therefore, one needs to determine a specific ancestral town or village before one can make any progess in researching a Sabol family tree. Ways of determining that ancestral village include 1) finding the immigrant (if he came through NYC) on one of the ship passenger manifests available online at the Ellis Island Records site and 2) obtaining a copy of the immigrant's naturalization papers. If, as you say, your George Sabol never applied for citizenship, that source is unavailable. And since George (Juraj) is one of the most common first names among Slovaks, there will be dozens of such people listed on the passenger manifests. You need to locate some kind of information to identify which George Sabol is your grandfather.
