Rob Ivory Kilkenny Will 1831 and P. Ryan
I was in Ireland recently and came across a record of the will of Rob Ivory,of Blackmill Street, Kilkenny, dated 10 April 1831.The executor was Mich (Michael?) Tobin. If I can make out the writing correctly, it says "The Bond (paper?payable?) to Testors by Jno Cronyn of Bawnbroch payable with Legal Instruments subject to 30 (pounds) also the (promissory?) notes of R. Dulland, John Nowlan, Mich (Michael?) Phelan and Mich (Michael?) Ryan. 2. The profit Rent paid by Rob and Mich (Michael?) Reddy being 9 (pounds) 4.7 owning (?) Testors terms also the Security of (William) ? Maher of Annamolt for the Sum of 13 (pounds)(paper?payable?) also to Testor for P. Ryan of Annamolt also the money in the Savings Bank subject to funeral expenses.3. Residence disposed of except ? Reddy's promissory note beqth to Testor's ??."
I have a pdf and a Jpg of this if anyone is interested, and if anyone can contribute more information, particularly on the P. Ryan, Rob Ivory connection I would be greatful.
